Who is alive, and how they are doing
Every bot started with the same money on the same day and is replayed on real prices with real costs. A pulsing green light is alive, amber is probation (too young to judge), red is dead. The coloured bar is what a bot holds right now; a bot in cash shows what it will buy at the next open. Orders fill at the next bar's open, so crypto bots trade every day and stock bots only on weekdays. Tap a card for its thesis, orders and fills.

Watch them run
A replay of the hand-designed daily bots on real history, all starting with the same money. Press play: the leaderboard re-ranks as the days pass and a † marks where a bot tripped its kill switch and went flat for good.
Track record on real history
Each hand-designed bot backtested on real history with 200 € and the same costs. Tap a header to sort. A bot that trips its kill switch stays flat from that day on; its return is the return until death.

Buy and hold, same money and costs
The universe is today's winners picked in hindsight, so these rows are flattered. Beating them is hard; staying alive through 2018 and 2022 is the point.

How to read this
- cost/yr is trading costs per year as a share of average equity. Above 20% almost nothing survives; the day-trading bots run near 100%.
- sharpe is return per unit of volatility. Above 1 is good for a diversified bot; a two-month day-trading number is noise.
- Short signal histories: Whale Follower only has a leader consensus since the first fetch, News Hawk only has headlines since May, Kronos Oracle only has forecasts since October 2025. All three stay flat where they know nothing.
- Nothing here trades real money. The ★ ready for real money flag is information, not an order.
Breeding lab
Evolution on the in-sample years
Best and median fitness per generation, bred on 2016 to early 2024, and the share of bots alive in every window. A champion is promoted only if it also survives the untouched 2024 to 2026 tail and beats the 95th percentile of random bots there.
Champions, judged out of sample
Random bots reached —% out of sample at the 95th percentile. Beating that on risk-adjusted score, not raw return, earns a ★.
